The River has breached the levee, but the water is just starting to flow in. At this time my parents basement is still dry and you can start to see movement. The street is at a much lower level than my parents home and the garage is even up on higher level. I had just called my father at this point to find out where he was, as he was suppose to be at my house by now.
At the showing of the first video, my father's car still would not have made it out of the neighborhood because of the water level in the street.
